I would like to work with you on your journey towards a more productive, healthy life. My name is Debbie Breckenridge and I am a licensed professional counselor with 22 years of specialized training and experience in inpatient/residential and outpatient settings. I have worked with diverse cultures, ethnicities and gender identities in the treatment of trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, severe mental illness, addictions, and self-injurious behaviors. I will provide support, validation, and advocacy while promoting growth and belief in one's strengths.
Everyone experiences difficult times and situations. I approach each session with compassion, acceptance and understanding, with an aim to create a safe and non-judgmental environment.
