I really felt comfortable with Debbie and even though I've had alot of Big changes in my life over the last 2 years, she helped me understand that my biggest problem that I have is that I am a passive personality.Deb gave me homework that helped me see different ways to express what my needs and desires are without being a pushover for everyone to walk over.

I did not participate in any therapy sessions. I actually didn’t even show up to our scheduled appointment. And she continued to reach out to me to make sure that I was OK. I really really appreciated her efforts because I had Covid and it is nice to know that she cared enough to check on me.

Debbie is skilled in her profession, but she also possesses qualities I've felt so many other therapists lack. Kind, gentle, empathetic, sympathetic, understanding, relatable. I would recommend anyone to Debbie. Especially if you're over sensitive and emotional, like I am =D

I’ve never felt so at ease to talk about fragile subjects with someone so quickly. We’ve had internet and video troubles but that’s not made me panic. She handles those situations well. We talk across different time zones easily. She’s gentle.
