Hey there,
Welcome to my service page. My name is Debby and I congratulate you on taking that first step by finding the strength and resilience to reach out and ask for help. I am licensed in the UK with 3 years practice and 10000s of clinical hours of professional work experience as a fully qualified Therapist with varied personal experiences within a wide range of cultures. I truly understand the world from a broad spectrum.

In Addition I am an active professional Artist and a Creative individual working with additional Art skills, I. E. Poetry visualizations and painting with people from different backgrounds you can be assured that I will be there for YOU.

I care deeply for my clients and I have many who have chosen regular
and long term therapy and find video support online helpful to build a rapport once they start to work with me. They like that I can RELATE to their issues and SEE & HEAR them as an INDIVIDUAL. I have experience in helping clients with depression complex grief, stress and anxiety, trauma and I have specific training in historic sexual abuse Domestic violence issues childhood sexual abuse abuse, ACE, CPTSD, self esteem and attachment issues and MENOPAUSE in both male and female which is associated
in coping with grief and loss, & intimacy related issues. One of my core skills is INNER CHILD work which I believe is deeply healing and effective As a mixed race multicultural individual I feel I have a unique perspective on how it feels to sense the otherness of oneself. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
