About me

I am registered in the UK with over six years and more than 2,000 hours of professional, fully supervised sessions. I have particular experience in helping clients with pregnancy and baby loss, managing grief and loss, motivation, self esteem, life changes, anxiety, stress and depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My aim is to facilitate beneficial psychological change, empower you to raise awareness of yourself and discover solutions. My qualifications include: Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, BSc (Honours) Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
