About me

I am a UK-accredited therapist with over three years of professional experience, supporting individuals through a range of emotional and life challenges. My expertise includes helping clients manage stress, anxiety, relationship issues, low motivation, and self-esteem difficulties. While I am here to support both men and women, my core focus lies in empowering women who are navigating midlife transitions and the unique challenges they face during this pivotal phase of life.

I have dedicated many years to helping women through significant life changes, including menopause, relationship breakdowns, family issues, and the emotional shifts that come with an empty nest. These are often deeply personal experiences, and I am passionate about offering compassionate guidance, whether you are dealing with the physical and emotional changes of menopause, facing a new chapter in your relationships, or re-evaluating your career and identity as you transition through midlife.

For men, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and motivation can be openly discussed. I understand that men, too, face their own unique set of pressures and life changes. Whether you are struggling with emotional wellbeing, relationship conflicts, or a desire for personal growth, I am here to help you navigate these challenges and achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I work closely with all my clients to create an open, safe, and accepting space where your thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I recognise that seeking help is a courageous step, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and positive change. Life transitions can be overwhelming, but with the right support, they can also be a powerful opportunity for growth, healing, and empowerment.

Whether you are looking to regain control of your life during times of change, improve your emotional health, or strengthen your relationships, I am here to provide the support and tools you need.

Deborah has been brilliant! She's such a supportive therapist and really makes me feel heard. I definitely feel like I've made progress since speaking with her.

Deborah has been helping me through face to face sessions for over 10 weeks now. She is kind, patient, understanding and provides advice and support backed by a wealth of knowledge. She challenges my patterns of thinking in just the right way without being forceful and I can tell she’s taken the time to internalize the things I tell her as she refers back to something said in a session over a month ago with such ease. I feel very lucky to have found such a good match for my needs and have felt a massive improvement, both through my assessment scores and general well-being since starting therapy with her. What a wonderful lady!

Deborah is a wonderful therapist. In the last few months I have been working with her, she really has seen me through all my ups and downs. Deborah never fails to make feel heard, seen and understood. She even asked what she could do to reach and meet my needs.
Deborah really does create a wonderful safe environment, from my very first session, to now.
It takes me a while to talk about things, and sometimes I prefer writing my feelings and thoughts down, and Deborah respects and encourages that.
It feels so calming to have someone understand what I'm going through and challenge me to face my fears and anxieties. I never feel any pressure or unease when I talk with Deborah. I'm very pleased to be working with Deborah, and having her guide me through my growth journey. I would absolutely recommend her.
