Deborah helps me revaluate my life and how far I have gotten to be where I am at. She creates a good atmosphere to allow me to express my thoughts and feelings and gives guidance on how I myself should navigate my own life. If you're new to talking to a therapist, then it's great to start here and with Deborah.

Deborah has been amazingly great for me. She is straight forward, is incredibly nice while also giving me purposeful guidance and attention. My only regret is that I didn't meet her sooner. I am excited for my personal growth with her guidance as this is the kind of therapy I have needed for a long time.

Thankful to have found BetterHelp and especially Deborah. From our very first talk, I felt validated and seen and that is so nice. I look forward to future work with her and the work I’ll continue to do for myself, and my kids.

I’ve had one session with Deborah.
Out of hundreds of sessions during my life time, since childhood, I have had a handful of therapist that I struggled to understand and communicate with. Sessions where I felt like a number and less like a human. I spent years blaming myself because it felt like I simply couldn’t communicate my needs and struggles.
I don’t know how to express the vast difference I recognize in the one session I’ve had with this clearly gifted woman. I will be returning and highly recommend.
