About me

I am a qualified therapist and practice in the UK . I am registered with the BACP and the NCPS. I have15 years of counselling experience working with adults and young people. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, self esteem, and confidence, & depression, PTSD and sexual abuse and trauma. I also have experience working with coping with life changes and the impact and worry this can bring. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
