Written on Feb 24, 2017 after therapy with Deborah for 1 month on issues concerning stress, anxiety, addictions, relationship, grief, intimacy-related, and anger
I have just started with Deborah. We haven't really covered a whole lot at this point but I feel very comfortable and confident talking to her. She's been a voice of reason already, helping me to set goals and find a starting point which I appreciate greatly. I've had other therapists that did not understand my needs to organize my way to successful therapy. Deborah has already made me feel less overwhelmed about choosing a place to begin and moving forward. She just simply seems like a very compassionate sensible and experienced counsellor. I feel good talking to her openly and trusting her to guide me.
