As a licensed therapist in Arkansas, I bring over two decades of compassionate clinical experience supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. I specialize in working with Veterans, First Responders, LGBTQ+ individuals, all age groups over 16 and those seeking a progressive, affirming therapeutic approach. My focus areas include addressing social anxiety, communication difficulties, isolation, self-love, and personal growth. I'm particularly committed to supporting clients through significant life changes, relationship challenges, and healing from past emotional wounds.
