Debra Hayman
About me
Life is hard for many of us and having a safe space to talk and be listened to, without fear of judgement or others opinions being foisted on us, is paramount to our health and well-being. Talking therapies are more relevant today than ever, as many of us are isolated and struggle in our relationships and lives. All types of mental health issues can be helped with psychotherapy. Medication is not the answer for many of us, it doesn’t help us to understand and change our feelings and responses to others.
I am credentialed in the UK with 8 years of professional work experience. I specialise in relationship issues, low self esteem and trauma. I worked with drug and alcohol misuse for 7 years, however , this encompasses many mental health conditions, domestic abuse, bullying, low self esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, food issues and others. I work with different types of therapy , depending on my client’s issues.
I understand how hard it is to take that initial step and reach out for help, I would encourage you, though, to take that step and let me help you to transform your life for the better.

Caring. Empathetic and kind.
Calm and friendly demeanour makes it easy for someone like myself to open up a bit when traditionally I’m a brick wall.
Debra is definitely in the right field of work :)

I have had two sessions with Debra Hayman so far. During these two sessions I can see that Debra gets to the point directly. She sees right away the core problems and then makes a plan. I look forward to continuing this journey with her.
