Debra is such a light, I truly don't know where I would be without her. She understands my areas of opportunity and always has excellent advice to guide me through whatever I am going through. Debra is amazing at both working through my anxiety / perfectionism, as well as a huge support from an executive coaching perspective. I am so grateful for my weekly chats with Debra.

I’ve been working with Debra for a couple months now! She is so kind and wonderful but she also can drive a point home when I’m being stubborn and need to hear it. We’ve talked about a variety of things and I feel like she is very respectful no matter my situation. Love her!
