I was very reluctant to seek therapy. I was terrified at the thought of being dismissed, or that I would discover I was beyond help.
Debra is kind and reassuring. She is perceptive and provides the validation I so desperately needed.
She asks questions that stir up strong emotions, but in a way that still feels safe.
I am very grateful for her.
