Debra Shreve, LCSW
About me
I am an older adult who has worked as a mental health therapist for the past 15 years. My passion is working with all types of people but especially women of all ages who have suffered any kind of trauma. I have extensive training in trauma related therapy and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I have been trained in DBT (Dialectical Behvior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). I teach a variety of coping skills with Mindfulness at the core. When we are down we feel powerless. I believe in helping my clients take back the power over their lives as they learn to heal.
