I am a psychologist and licensed professional counselor (LPC) licensed in Colorado with over 26 years of experience as a therapist. I've worked with clients in the addiction field and clients suffering from trauma. I also specialize in teaching subscribers new ways to cope with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, and more. I feel strongly that we have within ourselves the ability to heal and that with some guidance and tools, we can find creative solutions to our own problems and use these problems as motivation to improve.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I think it's very important to meet the client where they currently are in their journey and work from that point. I believe that everyone deserves respect and compassion as well as the opportunity to have added support when needed. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, client centered and rational-emotive counseling techniques. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
