About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Iowa (LMHC) and I have been working in a counseling field since 2007. I have experience working in a school setting where i worked with kids from age 5 through age 18, addictions setting and in a private practice where I have been focusing on adult individual and couples therapy.
Each of my clients receive individualized treatment. Interventions are specific to your needs. I utilize a variety of Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients. It is my goal to assist each individual along their specific journey.
I have experience in dealing with a variety of issues: Depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral concerns, adjustment, grief and loss, work and career issues, addiction and recovery, relationships, identity work, communication, boundaries and ADHD.
