Whether it's a life transition, something from our past, or a relationship struggle, these experiences can be overwhelming and may affect our sense of well-being. I have worked with people who are experiencing depression and/or anxiety, those experiencing loss and grief, life transitions for young and old, as well issues with relationship and connection. I listen to what is unique about each person's life and experience in a safe, respectful and compassionate way. Together we work towards understanding and making changes that will enable you to live a happier and more fulfilling life. With 16+ years of experience, I am well-trained and I stay up-to-date on effective treatments.
