Deidre Means, LPC, is a compassionate and experienced counselor dedicated to helping individuals, families, and adolescents navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With a strong background in both school-based and clinical mental health settings, I brings a well-rounded, practical approach to therapy that meets clients where they are.
Currently serving as a School Counselor and MTSS Lead, I specialize in working with adolescents and families, while also providing individual and couples counseling through telehealth. My therapeutic style is client-centered, goal-oriented, and rooted in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
