Delaney's genuine attention to setting some short term, long term, and highly beneficial goals for my journey with her as my therapist has been a jumpstart to my enthusiasm about returning to therapy. My fears of not being able to connect, be understood, or hold value in the importance of this process has dissolved more and more with each session. Her ability to gage when to add tidbits of expertise and when to just listen have been such an amazing asset for my mental health path.
