About me
Hello. I am a qualified integrative counsellor with 8 years experience in counselling and mental wellbeing work. I am fully registered with the BACP in the UK. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients to facilitate them to work through whatever obstacles they may be facing in life.
I offer a safe and non-judgemental space, in which clients can work through a wide range of issues from low mood, anxiety, relationship or family issues to trauma, PTSD, addictions and abuse.
I started of with a BSc in Psychology and from there I worked to get my MSc in Counselling Psychology and licence to practice. I am passionate about helping people evolve and learn about themselves, so they can enjoy a better quality of life. My aim is to help every client feel that they have a space in which they feel heard, accepted and validated.
From this, we can use different types of therapy to help move forwards and work out a good outcome for every person. I look forward to supporting you in your journey to better mental health.

With Delika's help I managed to finally start making baby steps into improving and fixing my life. She has been nothing but supportive, understanding, kind and very considorate, her knowledge and experiences helped me a lot during the past six months of having her as my therapist.

It’s been a fantastic experience so far. It’s been good to go through this with someone who’s is caring and compassionate. She has made feel comfortable and allowed me to open up about topics I didn’t have the courage to talk about so openly before.
