About me
I am licensed in California with 8 years of professional work experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist working with children, youth, adults and families that have been challenged with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, life crisis, family conflicts, among others. I also have over 30 years of professional experience in helping clients with managing stress and anxiety, conflict resolution, family conflicts, parenting concerns, parent-child relationships, low motivation, self-esteem building, and confidence building.
My therapy style is welcoming and interactive. I believe in being upfront and honest while treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered, narrative therapy, humanistic, and psychodynamic. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I believe that you are the expert of your own story and that you have many strengths that you may not have discovered or developed yet. Together I will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you or blocking you from meeting your fullest potential.
