Having Denise as my therapist has helped me beyond anything I could ever explain! I was always so nervous to start my therapy journey and she has really helped me realize how much that was not needed. She is so easy to talk to, so helpful, and so educated on emotions and why we feel the way we feel! I really am so thankful I started having sessions with her and am so thankful for all the advice and resources she has provided me with for me to excel and grow within myself

Denise is such a gentle soul and she is kind, patient, and full of such empathy. She is exactly what I needed amidst my life of chaos, stress and bottled up anxiety. I look forward to meeting her. She is a great listener, I feel comfortable telling her the deepest, darkest, most vulnerable struggles I wrestle with knowing I won’t be judged but rather have someone in my corner who is prepared to help me work through it all.
