Denise listens patiently and responds thoughtfully. It feels great not just to be heard but to get feedback that I will use in my day-to-day. At first I was unsure about our therapy because I thought I needed a “tough” approach, but actually, Denise’s careful and considerate conversations are more helpful than I could imagine and I leave every week feeling a bit more hopeful about life.

Denise is extremely understanding and compassionate in her dealings with me and my wife. She sees from both sides and is prepared to guide us where we are wrong and support us through resolutions when needed. I'm am grateful to have found her as a counsellor where there is no judgement, just understanding and helpfulness.
