Just starting to build our relationship but so far feeling like I can speak freely and without judgement

The first thing I can say about Denny, is that he is kind. He has life experience and gives great advice. He truly listens, and is wonderful at helping me to sort my thoughts and prioritize where I want to focus. I still have a long way to go, but I know Denny can help me get there. I highly recommend him for anyone who is suffering from grief and anxiety.

Denny is nonsensically no-nonsense. He listens to, suggests and doesn’t allow you to slip into excuses you may have been depending on. This leads to understanding yourself in ways you haven’t in the past. I’m well aware of the growth I’ve made over the last three months and at 56 that’s a pretty big deal to me.

Instead of just listening, he actually provides feedback and discusses things in depth, unlike a previous therapist I had. I recommend him to anyone! Very friendly and helpful. I'm glad I came across his therapist profile here

Denny’s been my therapist for almost 3 years now and he’s definitely changed my perspective on therapy; I’d had a not-so-great experience in my teens and felt therapy just wasn’t something that would be able to help me. Boy was I wrong! In just the short time I’ve been using BetterHelp, my family can tell a difference in not only my mental and emotional health, but my physical wellbeing as well. Denny always has a perspective or view I’ve never thought of, advice and suggestions to help me communicate with the people in my life, and how to cope and manage my anxiety better. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend!
