Destiny Arthur, LCMHC
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging experiences. My work centers on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and trauma with compassion and clarity.
I specialize in working with complex emotional concerns, including self-esteem, guilt and shame, attachment issues, and the lasting effects of trauma and abuse. I'm particularly passionate about supporting women through their unique experiences, including sexual assault recovery, domestic violence healing, and navigating narcissistic relationships.
My approach is grounded in creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your authentic self, strengthen your communication, and build meaningful connections. I work with clients on self-love, forgiveness, life purpose, and breaking patterns that no longer serve you—whether those involve codependency, abandonment wounds, or self-harm.
I believe in meeting you where you are with genuine care and respect for your individual journey. My goal is to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and reclaim your sense of wholeness and worth.
