I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in substance abuse. For the past three years, I have helped adult individuals heal from mental health and substance abuse issues, utilizing a multifaceted approach to have therapy meet your individual needs. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Addictions Counseling, and trauma. I have experience in depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship conflicts, trauma, and abuse. I see therapy as a collaborative process to guide you to greater self-awareness, trust, and sense of meaning. My approach focuses on self-love, learning how to heal through traumatic and difficult experiences to find strength and resilience. I use an interpersonal, non-judgmental approach to provide you with the foundation to create a stable and sustainable life. My goal is to help empower you to manage difficult emotions, find purpose and passion, in order for you to live a life aligned with your personal goals.
