About me

Devon Houser is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wyoming and Colorado. She has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. During which she worked in a variety of settings, including school counseling, community mental health, acute care, and private practice. She feels fortunate to have worked in a variety of settings, as she has gained valuable experience working with a broad range of clinical issues.

Devon likes to take a supportive and wholistic approach with her clients. She believes that a collaborative and warm therapeutic relationship is essential to treatment and believes this can be achieved through a variety of evidence-based counseling techniques including, but not limited to: Mindfulness, Solutions Focused Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Gestalt and Experiential Therapies, and Music/Art Therapy Techniques.

Devon especially enjoys working with adolescents and the LGBTQ+ community. She specializes in treating anxiety, clinical depression, and suicidal ideation.

Devon is a great therapist for any sort of problem you may have. She helped me through some huge, traumatic life events this year.
