Over those years I have gained experience in counseling adult students, student veterans, and clients from all walks of life. The therapeutic areas of competence are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and psychoeducational approaches. Areas of counseling I'm most competent are anxiety, grief and/or loss, career difficulties and helping clients navigate significant life changes.
