About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Illinois with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of individual issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career concerns and challenging work experiences, I have assisted individuals experiencing issues with substance abuse, and parenting concerns.

I am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider, with many years of experience providing treatment in the online environment.

My goal in the treatment is to be warm and to create a safe space in which we can build a therapeutic relationship. I believe it is important to provide respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and mindfulness therapy. I use these tools to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
