Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Diana Lammers. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Diana Lammers was an absolutely wonderful counselor to work with and I would recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety, life changes, etc. She provided a safe space to be fully vulnerable and work towards healing which is no small feat to accomplish through an online modality. Her compassion, wisdom and careful attention to detail made me feel truly heard and allowed my feelings to be validated. I cannot recommend her enough for starting or continuing the process of "putting the pieces together" and bringing thoughts/ feelings into the light where they can be mended. Thank you, Diana!
She definitely focuses on your needs and gets right to the point. She has sent helpful worksheets for me to look at things from a different perspective.
I appreciate being able to reach out with a message any time, receive feedback, and meet by chat or video. Having so many options makes it really easy to engage with the process. Diana is a wonderful and supportive listener.
Diana makes me feel heard and supported. She always seems to know just what to say and what questions to ask and I feel like she actually takes the time to get to know my experience and what is important to me.
Diana's approach is gentle and serious. In our sessions it helps to calm the storms in my life.
Wonderful!
Diana is a wonderful therapist. She gives me the support I need and checks in often, between sessions. I've been discovering a lot about myself while working with her.
Diana is helpful, empathetic, and encouraging.
Really listens
Diana Lammers has been wonderful to work with. She listens to me and provides her thoughts on what I can do to stay focused on my goals and mental well-being. She is always prepared for our 1:1’s and remembers what I said in previous sessions. I feel she has really helped me over the past several months.
Diana is great at targeting my biggest issues for that week and giving me actual tools to help change the way I'm thinking. I feel much calmer, in control, and happier since starting therapy just a couple of months ago with her.
Diana has been fantastic. She’s helped me through so much in the year that we have talked. She gives me a great perspective and she has really given me a positive light on times that have been tough to stay positive.
Diana always has a way of listening to what I say, pull out my inner thoughts and reframe it in a way that’s more receptive than harmful.
Diana is such a great listener and really understands what I’m going through. She has great advice and is always pushing me in the best way to be my best self.
I feel so blessed and fortunate to have been matched with Diana. She has been enormously helpful in working with me over the past several months to meet my goals of therapy. Her style is friendly and conversational. She's a great listener! She is very good at helping me to keep perspective. I appreciate her ability to help me connect my goals together and to help me see how growth in one area affects another goal's growth. She's very good at tying things together. I highly recommend Diana!
Diana is a very good listener and is able to understand what I am feeling! So far I am enjoying my sessions with her.
Listens closely and asks questions to fully understand before giving advice or worksheets. Love the worksheets because I encourage me to give the effort. Very kind and pleasant to talk with.
Diana is the best! So lucky to have her. She’s so understanding and really helps me help myself.
She is intelligent, able to listen and very easy to get along with. Very good at setting goals and identifying strengths and areas of need.
Diana has been a very pleasant surprise. I have met with a few counselors (not affiliated with Better Help) over the past few years and just could not connect with them. Diana has been a great listener and has gave me some great tools and advice that I am finding easy to incorporate in life for the long term. For me there is just an ease with our conversation without judgement and with sincere understanding, willingness, and want to help. I'm so happy I found her.
Diana listens very well to my concerns and gives me the best advice on what to do and how to possibly handle a situation, let’s me talk about what bothers me and what is in my mind without me feeling rushed to truly evaluate my feeling.
I just met Diana but I do feel comfortable so far with sharing how I feel. She gets back to me right away it it’s urgent. She’s honest with her suggestions and I like that. She’s kind and is understanding.
Stays in contact, genuinely cares and does a great job
She is extremely kind and approachable. She doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable in any way when i’m on video calls with her and the conversations even from the beginning were very easy flowing. She is great.
Diana is friendly and extremely caring. She understands the unique factors of my story and fits her counseling style to fit my needs.
Diana is a great listener and from the start I felt comfortable opening up to her. She also gives great advice and checks / asks how you are doing, which is also really helpful.
Taking the first step in trying to talk to someone about how I feel was scary. Diana was exactly the right person to chat with. Her style of conversation is relaxed and over the sessions we’ve had it’s been a slow and steady climb of her getting to know me better and me getting to the best version of myself. Being in the healthcare industry there is a lot that can weigh on someone’s mind and heart. This platform and the accessibility that Diana provides is stellar. Being able to know that someone is there to listen when I need it is amazing. Thanks.
She always helps me to focus on right direction and her choices of resources for my problems right on point. It had been only 3 weeks but I feel pretty relieved and happy with my decisions.
