Unexpected life events can be overwhelming and difficult. Figuring out a way to handle these changes can feel like an unimaginable task and asking for help with life transitions can be a vulnerable step. Working together, I can help guide you through this difficult time and support your goals of emotional wellbeing.

I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Masters Degree in Social Work. I have been working in the healthcare field for over fifteen years as a licensed individual social worker (LISW) and certified case manager (CCM). I provide therapy and care planning to patients and families adjusting to medical illness, loss, and disability. I am the Founder and Owner of Live, Balance, and Access Therapy and Wellness, LLC. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and stress brought on by a life event change.

Using a combination of solution focused, client centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I help my clients navigate challenging issues. My counseling style is warm and relational. We will work together to identify barriers and develop goals. I am committed to building a trusting relationship through listening, honesty, and empathy. I look forward to working with you and taking the first steps to feeling better.
