Diana Simpson
About me
Hello, my name is Diana Simpson-Hinds, I am a qualified and experienced therapist, accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have 20 years of experience working with families, couples, and individuals with a range of issues i.e., parenting, depression, anxiety, bereavement, abandonment, transitions, and relationships.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am non-judgemental and I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion. I utilise an integrative approach for instance cognitive behavioural, humanistic, solution-focus, and family systems therapy. I have a BA honours degree in psychology and counselling studies, a master’s in psychology, and advanced training in Family Systems Trauma.
I tailor the treatment I offer based on the goals you want to achieve so that it meets your specific needs. I provide a safe space to talk openly. I am enthusiastic about supporting people to gain self-awareness and help them develop the skills to achieve their true potential.
Accessing counselling takes courage, but it is a gift you can give to yourself by creating a vision of who you want to be, and I am here to support you on your journey.
