Diana Simpson-Hinds, BACP
About me
Hello, my name is Diana Simpson-Hinds, I am a qualified and experienced therapist, accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have 18 years of experience working with families, couples, and individuals with a range of issues i.e., parenting, depression, anxiety, bereavement, abandonment, transitions, and relationships.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I am non-judgemental and I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion. I utilise an integrative approach for instance cognitive behavioural, humanistic, solution-focus, and family systems therapy. I have a BA honours degree in psychology and counselling studies, a master’s in psychology, and advanced training in Family Systems Trauma.
I tailor the treatment I offer based on the goals you want to achieve so that it meets your specific needs. I provide a safe space to talk openly. I am enthusiastic about supporting people to gain self-awareness and help them develop the skills to achieve their true potential.
Accessing counselling takes courage, but it is a gift you can give to yourself by creating a vision of who you want to be, and I am here to support you on your journey.

Diana is not only a great listener but she is an expert in her field. She will listen to you and ask the right questions that will challenge your way of thinking. From the very first session I had with her, I immediately felt like she was the right therapist for me. I can tell that she really wants to help me understand myself better. Highly recommended!
