This was my very first therapy experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction than My Therapist through BetterHelp. I was nervous at first, but from the moment our session started, they made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly heard.
Their kindness, understanding, and gentle approach helped me open up in ways I never expected. Even in just one session, I felt a huge weight lifted and left feeling more hopeful than I have in a long time. They offered practical tools, thoughtful insight, and genuine care.
If you're new to therapy like I was, I can’t recommend My Therapist enough. 10/10 experience—thank you for making such a big difference already!

She is always helping me to better myself whether it's holding me accountable for what my goals are or helping me deal with everyday hardships that I face on the daily. Her tools and exercises help me also. She also takes time to explain things to me that I don't really quite get, but she is patient enough to keep explaining until I do.

Diandra has helped me in many different areas such as parenting, relationships, career and self-confidence. She's patient, non-judgemental, a great listener and gives great advice and practical ways to deal with things. I've been doing therapy with Diandra for around a year and my life has turned around since starting my sessions with her.

Diandra is the reason I feel confident starting a new job. I can’t thank Diandra enough for the new found confidence I feel, and for helping me narrow down what I needed to work on, and learn strategies to improve myself!
