These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Diane Littel. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Diane has an incredible grounding presence. I’ve only shared a few sessions with her but wished I had met her sooner- She shares a softness while very practical side that I appreciate and work very well with. Her practice in healing people is an evident gift, and wish there were 300 more Diane’s to share with the world ❤️ Thank you for your help, skill, wisdom and patience Diane!

Diane Littel is great for my needs. I have some cognitive distortions and PTSD amongst other needs. She not only provides me with holistic resources for my mental health, but also resources related to my interests and pillars of self. I like getting homework from my therapists so I can experience their help between sessions. She provides me with that, though I don't think she would demand it of anyone who didn't explicitly ask for it. I feel confident in her expertise and appreciate her support. I have had a lot of therapists and was REALLY wary of BetterHelp, but now I don't want to work with any other local therapists. I have recommended BetterHelp to a number of people based on my experience with Diane Littel.

I haven’t had my first “session” with Miss Diane yet but in a way I feel like we have. She has given me just the right amount of encouragement and a feel of comfort or safety per se that gave me that little extra push deep down inside to try this instead of running away. Her complete honesty is top notch.
