I graduated with honors at both universities. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC).
My counseling style is warm and interactive, and I utilize a combination of several theoretic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered/Humanistic, Narrative and Solution Focused therapy.
I believe that we are all unique individuals and I look forward to working with you to identify your specific needs and to formulate specific and effective treatment for you. I feel that all individuals should be treated with kindness and respect, and I believe that most of us experience times in our lives that we could a little extra help with one or more areas in our lives, and I would love to have the opportunity to work with you!
