About me

Unregulated stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and hopelessness can truly feel unbearable. Meaningful change is possible with the help of an experienced therapist. I believe therapy provides a safe environment to express yourself freely and make positive long-lasting changes in your life. As a team, we will work together to help gain awareness and compassion for where you have been, and help you get to where you want to be.
My approach is based on what will be most helpful to you in establishing goals and creating the change you want to see. I use elements of cognitive behavioral theories along with mindfulness-based interventions. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, coping strategies, body-image/self-image, communication challenges, and managing stress.
The scope of my experience has taught me how each client is different, and each client needs a treatment plan developed in collaboration with their therapist and tailored to their needs. I look forward to helping you overcome your barriers and accomplish your goals. Please contact me if you have any questions.
