About me

Diane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having an extensive background helping Veterans and their families, as well as non-veteran individuals. Diane is a dedicated therapist, with a passion for helping others regain their quality of life. With working in the mental health field for over 20 years, with a special emphasis towards Trauma, Mind Body, and Couple’s work the outcomes can be promising. The therapeutic approach ranges from Evidenced Based to complementary methodologies with a focus on individualized treatment planning.
Diane received a Master’s Degree from Florida State University, and currently teaches part-time at a college in California, focusing on Veteran Studies and Human Behavior. Areas of expertise include PTSD, depression, anxiety, and couples who are either wanting to improve their relationship, or hoping to heal their relationship issues.
During free time Diane enjoys the outdoors no matter the season, spending time with family, walking her dog, and working in the garden. The methodology is upbeat, with strength-based approach to therapy and life, and encourages everyone to work towards gaining their potential.
