About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas with over 5 years of experience working in the following settings: outpatient, residential, Christian base, and private practice. I have worked with various populations with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting problems.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that everyone has a voice no matter how big or small without fear of being stifled. Thus, I will respect and provide compassion throughout the therapeutic process. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focus, dialectical, and client center therapy.

It takes courage to make the first step toward change and I will be there to empower and support you

I look forward to working with you!

I have only had one session with Mrs. Williams and after the session I felt like she would be able to help me achieve my goals.

Ms Williams was extremely helpful and very kind / understanding. When I felt totally alone and could not find my direction, I knew she would be there to give me ideas and calm my fears. I’ve never used a “phone” therapist before but I found it helpful and reassuring. I would specifically recommend Ms Diane Williams due to her ability to listen, process and guide me to a better mental state. It was important.

Sometimes talking things out can be the best therapy. I'm glad that Ms. Williams is a great listener who knows when to talk and when to listen. I always feel better and stronger after our sessions together.

I enjoy my sessions with Mrs. Diane. She’s a great listen and also offers feedback to a situation I am dealing with. It’s nice to get someone’s perspective that’s does have a direct tie to me. I highly recommend her.
