I am a licensed psychologist in the states of Pennsylvania and North Carolina as well as having been certified as a Clinical Telemental Health Provider. I was trained in a Clinical Psychology program that included a module in Decision Analysis that allows me to address both clinical as well as life issues in terms of the choices made by my clients. In my career, I have worked in different settings such as schools, mental health clinics, psychiatric units, group practices, consultation and training for government and the private sector, and solo practice. Recently, I have been devoting most of my time helping the military and their families at military posts of all the branches of service. I follow an Ethics of Respect in which the client always defines the problem, and not the professional. In this approach, the decision to start the counseling, how long it lasts, and when it ends, is always in the client's hands, although I don't hesitate to voice my opinion at those times when I believe it would be beneficial to continue, but always respectful of the choice if my client disagrees with that suggestion.

Dr Luiggi is a gentleman, very direct open and honest
Dr. Luiggi help me and made a big difference in the state of my mental health.
Very straight forward advice, open, honest and helpful
Dr. Luiggi is a old school therapist, he's not afraid to tell what's wrong on my way to thinking, but he's not rude, and tell me stories to relate. Although I am not usually confortable with guys on therapy, I feel comfortable since day one with him.
Good listener and therapist

Dr. Luigi is great
In just a couple of sessions, Dr. Luiggi has helped me recognize the challenges in myself, where they come from and how I might go about fixing them. Dr. Luiggi's empathetic, yet no-nonsense approach, is exactly what I needed. I feel grateful to have met him and look forward to many more sessions.
Dr Luiggi is, from my experience, one of the best counselors I have ever met. If you are to be so lucky as to get availability on his busy schedule you will see miracles happening in your life in a very short period of time. The man has a gift to share with the world. If you are among his clients consider yourself blessed and extremely fortunate. A true God sent. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Dr. Luiggi. You really helped me tremendously. Highly recommended. 15 stars.
He is a wise man
Dr. Luiggi quickly became a pillar of strength and support for me during the pandemic. I had lost my job in March and didn't know where to turn, had doubts about my career choice, and was fighting to find motivation. He handled every situation with care and was there for me during any situation that I faced including anxiety over buying a house with my girlfriend, the prospect of proposing, and working through the trauma of past substance abuse issues. He is a great therapist, and more importantly, a great man. As someone who struggled to finally take what seemed to be a giant leap of faith, I couldn't have been luckier by being paired with Dr. Luiggi.
Supportive, patient, sincere, helpful. Great listening skills.
My first session with Dr Luiggi went very well. He gets right to the problem and starts to find solutions.
Doc is phenomenal, do yourself a favor and schedule with him. His expertise and value is limitless.
