About me
Hello,
I am a licensed clinical mental health therapist in private practice. I have about 26 years of experience working in the outpatient setting. My focus is helping adults, couples, and families in managing and overcoming life stressors and difficulties involving depression, being isolated, not focusing, excessive worry and thinking, anger, trauma, interfering habits, and addictions.
I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and solution focused therapy. My hours of availability are flexible and include various times of the day, week, and on the weekends. I respect the privacy of my clients and follow strict confidentiality HIPPA guidelines so that my clients are protected.
In describing myself personally, I really enjoy helping and seeing my clients get better. I focus much on problem solving things with my clients, but I also like to listen to what is being said so that I can better understand what it is like to really be in my clients' life circumstances. I am of Italian descent and became a citizen a number of years ago after coming out of graduate school. I value relationships that we have with others as we all go through life.
I am excited in meeting you and being part of the journey in your life. Wishing you the best.
