I have specialty training in many modalities and will help you to select one for our work. I have specialty training in the following modalities and diagnostic categories: IFS, DBT, CBT, Jungian, Motivational Interviewing, Rogerian-Supportive, PCTI, and other approaches for helping adults with a wide variety of challenges including to ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc.
I have also worked with adults who use American Sign Language or Signed English or Total Communication.
