About me

Hello, my name is Kirk Henderson, LPC. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my profile. I am excited to help you on your journey! I have been providing mental health therapy since 2010, and am licensed in Louisiana, and am authorized to provide services in Tennessee, as well as other states with COVID executive orders allowing licensed therapists from other states. I have found that many times, people face difficult seasons of life - as individuals, couples, and family members. I help clients find their way back to connection and peace, as we collaborate together to bring new solutions to old problems, solving conflicts and creating better ways of communicating. I work extensively with clients experiencing severe anxiety, depression, family conflict, and difficulties with life transitions such as divorce, separation, new careers, and new life seasons. I specialize in helping individuals in mid-life difficult transitions by creating healthy and purposeful separation plans, reconciliation plans for those pondering divorce, and guidance with life direction when the future seems uncertain. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and develop a treatment plan unique to the individual's values.
