I have only met with Donesha twice so far (I’ve only been on the app for two weeks), but I already look forward to our conversations. She has a way of making me feel comfortable and optimistic, and she finds a way to find the one or two primary threads underlying a conversation, bringing them together, and reframing them in a way that not only makes sense, but that accentuates the positive perspective of what I had seen as a negative, particularly when it comes to attitudes I have and stories I’ve been telling myself about myself, if that makes any sense. I leave each session feeling more hopeful and more productive, looking toward the future vs ruminating on the past. I am so grateful for her.
