About me

I am licensed in Virginia with 5 years of professional work experience and more than 25 years of volunteer experience with people needing assistance. I obtained my master's in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling, and have a PhD in Crisis Counseling and Trauma Treatment.

I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD, compassion fatigue, trauma and abuse, & career difficulties. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
