I specialize in complicated trauma and abuse, and have extensive experience working with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, ADD/ADHD, and life transitions. I use a blend of evidence-based therapy, mindfulness, and creative expression to help clients regain clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
