I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor who is credentialed in the UK and have five years professional work experience.
As an integrative Person Centred Therapist, my approach is rooted in compassion and flexibility , focusing on empowering clients to attain their personal goals and overall well being.
I provide my clients with a non judgemental, safe space where thoughts and feelings can be collaboratively explored. I provide a supportive, warmth and understanding environment which is client led.
I have experience in dealing with trauma and abuse, anxiety and depression, relationship and self esteem issues and confidence building while helping clients to take courageous steps towards a positive change.
Therapy offers a fundamental opportunity to overcome life’s challenges and discover one’s true self.
