Donna has been a great listener. She is reassuring, kind and generous with her time and praise. She has listened to a whole range of complaints from me about my mental health, without judging or causing me any more pain. I feel a whole lot better at the end of this month than I did at the start of it. I have confessed my sins and she has been like an agony aunt to me.
