About me
Welcome! Glad to see you are taking steps towards growth and self-care. It can be frightening and challenging. However, we will walk your journey's path together until you are ready to go at it alone. "As you start to walk on the way, the way appears"-Rumi.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of California. Currently, working towards completing my Ph.D. in psychology. I have over 20 years of experience as a clinician. I work mostly with adults who suffer from health issues, like kidney failure and amputations who experience depression, anxiety, fear, and loneliness. I believe the pains and struggles we feel are messengers and we should listen to them. Together, we will listen and grow from the challenges before us.
Counseling is a process of looking at a situation with a new set of eyes that can possibly give a different perspective. Remember, you don't need fixing. You need support. We are never broken, just sometimes bent out of shape. You can do this!
