About me

Congratulations! You've now taken one of many steps toward improving your mental and emotional health! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois, with a personal mission to support the mental and emotional wellness of the clients I serve. I provide genuine support, unconditional validation, as well as authentic empathy. With this, I seek to create a balance by using productive challenges to achieve personal progress toward client-centered goals. I have 5 years of experience in working with people who've experienced complex trauma, abandonment/attachment issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and interpersonal (domestic) violence. I use various evidenced based modalities to create an individualized plan for each of my clients. I believe that every individual deserves the right to thrive, rather than to simply survive!

I look forward to working with you!

Ebony is wonderful! She is always spot on with determining the appropriate perspective/“understanding” of what I’m trying to convey (even if it’s hard for me to articulate at times.) Ebony also displays a lot of empathy and compassion. I enjoy each session!
