Ebonye is not only very knowledgeable but she is extremely dedicated, committed, and passionate about her work as a therapist. We have only been working together for a couple of months now and she has made such a significant difference in my life and on my overall well-being. She is a true gift to anyone who seeks a therapist that specializes in childhood trauma and I highly recommend her.

EJ is an incredible therapist who helped me through one of the more difficult times in my life. She listened and had great frameworks and ideas for me, and I'm so grateful!

EJ is amazing. When I signed up for BetterHelp, I honest wasn’t expecting to find someone who was very knowledgeable on the specific issues I deal with, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I was matched with EJ. She’s a therapist I would have picked for myself and I will continue to see her. She kind, uplifting, empowering, she advocates for you to love and be kind to yourself, she’s no-nonsense, and she always has something helpful to say. She’s good at helping me figure things out and patient when I need it. Not only does she have extensive knowledge about many issues, but she has deep knowledge and experience working with trauma survivors and trauma related issues. When you’re trying to heal from trauma, therapists who aren’t very knowledgeable about it can actually make things worse, so meeting EJ was a blessing. I really couldn’t ask for a better therapist. She was born to do this and it shows.
