In my approach to counseling, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques while working to meet the needs of each individual. Together we can explore and understand thoughts and perceptions and how they influence behavior. We will also work to identify your opportunities for growth and healing, while building upon your strengths.
